eSIMstep Partner Terms

1. Program Relationship

Partners are independent promoters. Joining the partner program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or reseller relationship unless eSIMstep signs a separate written agreement.

eSIMstep may approve, reject, suspend, or remove a partner account at its discretion, especially if account information is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful to the brand.

2. Approval and Account Information

Partners must provide accurate name, email, country, promotional channels, payment details, and any other requested information. eSIMstep may require email verification, manual review, or additional proof before approving a partner or paying commissions.

Partners must keep their payment information current. If payment details are incomplete, incorrect, or risky, payouts may be delayed until the issue is resolved.

3. Referral Links and Coupon Codes

Partners may promote eSIMstep using approved referral links, campaign links, and coupon codes shown inside the partner dashboard. A sale may be attributed by coupon code, referral link, click ID, or another approved tracking method.

Partners must not alter tracking links in a way that hides attribution, misleads customers, or bypasses eSIMstep systems. Public-facing partner links should point to eSIMstep.com unless eSIMstep provides another approved destination.

4. Commission Eligibility

A commission is only eligible when all of the following are true:

• The order is successfully paid and recorded by eSIMstep.
• The order is attributed to the partner by a valid referral link, click, coupon, or approved attribution method.
• The customer purchase is legitimate and not self-purchase, abuse, fraud, or test activity.
• The order is not refunded, cancelled, charged back, reversed, or marked for fraud review.
• The partner account is approved and not suspended at the time eSIMstep reviews the commission.

Commission rates may come from the partner tier, a partner-specific override, or a coupon-specific override. If a coupon-specific rate exists, it may override the default partner rate for sales using that coupon.

5. Holding Period and Payout Delay

Commissions may be held for a review period before becoming payable. The holding period allows eSIMstep to check refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, suspected abuse, tracking errors, and customer support issues.

A commission marked as pending is not payable yet. A commission marked as payable may be included in a payout request if it is not already attached to another requested, processing, or paid payout.

eSIMstep may delay payout if payment details are missing, the partner account is under review, the order is under dispute, a refund risk exists, or legal/compliance review is required.

6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancelled Commissions

If an order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, reversed, or found to be invalid, the related commission may be cancelled. If the commission was already paid, eSIMstep may mark it for admin review and offset it against future payable commissions or request repayment where appropriate.

Partial refunds may lead to partial adjustment, cancellation, or manual review depending on the order and payout status.

7. Prohibited Activity and Fraud Rules

The following activity is not allowed and may lead to commission cancellation, payout hold, suspension, or account removal:

• Self-purchases, family/friend purchases made mainly to generate commission, or fake customer activity.
• Coupon leakage to coupon farms, unauthorized coupon sites, browser extensions, cashback plugins, or deal platforms unless eSIMstep approves it in writing.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, auto-redirects, fake clicks, bot traffic, or any non-consensual tracking method.
• Paid search bidding on eSIMstep brand terms, misspellings, domains, or competitor deception unless approved in writing.
• Misleading claims about prices, coverage, unlimited data, activation, refunds, official status, or guaranteed service quality.
• Spam, unsolicited email/SMS/DM campaigns, fake reviews, impersonation, malware, phishing, or deceptive landing pages.
• Creating multiple partner accounts to bypass limits, approval status, commission rules, or fraud review.

8. Brand and Content Rules

Partners may describe eSIMstep honestly and use approved materials, links, and coupon codes. Partners must not imply they are eSIMstep employees, official customer support, mobile network operators, or exclusive representatives.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their own content. Promotional content must comply with advertising laws, platform rules, privacy laws, anti-spam rules, and any required disclosure rules for affiliate marketing.

9. Payout Methods and Taxes

Available payout methods may include PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, IBAN, eSIMstep credit, or another manual method approved by eSIMstep. Available methods may vary by country, amount, risk review, and operational availability.

Partners are responsible for their own taxes, invoices, reporting obligations, payment fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, and any information required to receive payment legally.

10. Partner Reward eSIM Coupons

eSIMstep may allow partners to convert payable commission balance into a private one-time eSIMstep reward coupon. This is separate from public affiliate coupon codes shared with customers.

Reward coupons are for the partner's own eSIM purchase, do not generate commission, cannot be converted back to cash, cannot be combined with other coupons, and may expire after a configured period.

If payable commission is converted into a reward coupon, those commission records are removed from cash payout availability. Admin may also issue manual welcome or bonus reward coupons.

11. Tracking Limits and Data

eSIMstep uses server-side tracking, referral cookies, coupon validation, hashed customer attribution, and webhook logs. Tracking may fail because of browser settings, network issues, payment timing, customer device behavior, fraud protection, or technical errors.

Raw customer email addresses are not shown to partners. Partners may see order, coupon, click, commission, and payout information needed to operate the program.

12. Suspension and Termination

eSIMstep may suspend or terminate a partner account for fraud risk, policy violations, abusive traffic, brand harm, legal risk, inactivity, payment problems, or any conduct that eSIMstep reasonably considers harmful to the program.

After suspension or termination, unpaid commissions may be reviewed, cancelled, delayed, or paid depending on the reason for termination and the status of related orders.

13. Changes to These Terms

eSIMstep may update these terms as the partner program evolves. Continued use of the partner dashboard, referral links, or coupon codes after an update means the partner accepts the updated terms.
